Electroencephalograph

Advanced Medical Electronics designed the analog electronics and signal processing software for the CFM6000 neonatal cerebral function monitor. This system is sold by Olympic Medical of Seattle, WA.

The new Olympic CFM 6000 can be used in the NICU and other acute care departments to continuously monitor an infant’s brain activity. It enables clinical staff to assess the neurological status of the brain as an aid to both diagnosis and treatment. Simple to use, the Olympic CFM produces an amplitude-integrated output (aEEG) — an easy-to-read record of brain activity and abnormalities.
